One of the biggest problems

in recent years in the food industry is hiring employees.

In our cross-platform recruitment campaign,

we aimed to reach out

to potential employees

and communicate with them

on their level.

The campaign

The people featured are real employees from various branches across the country, shown in a range of images while working. The main message - "We need good people" - aligns with one of the key principles of the network: providing polite and pleasant service to the customer. It’s about creating a sense of homeliness and warmth for everyone who walks in the caffe despite the size of the network. And at the core of this are not salespeople, but good people.

The campaign included advertisements and postcards in the branches themselves, videos for plasma screens in the branches, and social media campaigns across all platforms targeted so that  each person who clicks the ad will reach the nearest branches that are recruiting
